Energy Drink with Protein is designed to be taken DURING and AFTER exercise.
Mix the powder contents (47g) into 500ml of water and shake well.
Consume before and during sport. Drink 150 – 250ml every 20 minutes. When temperatures are high and you produce more sweat than usual we recommend adding a ZERO Neutral tab to Energy Drink with Protein to give you even more of an electrolyte boost.
